This balm enriched in plant extracts is used before sports or any muscular effort to prepare the muscles and after the effort to loosen up and relax sore muscles. The extract of Arnica and helichrysum decreases the discomfort of a tired muscle. Essential oils of camphor, fir balsam and Rosemary have a stimulating effect on the blood circulation activating the preparation and recovery of the muscle. Bay of Juniper and Mandarin oil is present to calm down the pain.
Use advice
Apply a small amount of balm on the muscles and painful areas with light and soft massages in the direction of the muscle, always toward the heart until full penetration. Repeat several times a day if necessary. Do not give to children under seven years, follow the advice of the doctor for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
